Those of you who know me know my LRVO bar marketing system works.

Those of you who don’t know me may wonder. If you’re in that second group, but need to get your bar’s sales and profits to a higher level, this interview is for you and should convince you that I know what I’m talking about.

I worked closely with Terry Owen, owner of Scotland Yard Pub in Rochester, New York, in implementing my LRVO bar marketing system with him.

The focus of LRVO is getting new customers in your doors, creating offers that make you unbeatable in your market, using Facebook advertising as your most lucrative marketing media, and putting this all into action so you start making more money.

What makes Scotland Yard Pub special

Scotland Yard PubTerry and his wife Nancy have a great downtown pub. Wood-fired pizzas. Dragon wings. A clean establishment where people can relax and have fun. They were featured on a great local blog.

But they’ve also got full-time jobs elsewhere, so the pub can’t get their constant attention. And they feel like they just don’t have the dollars it takes to really market and advertise their bar restaurant.

They like to do new, bold things. They were first to do team trivia in Rochester. They’ve been willing to try other new programs and contests. And they both have backgrounds that involve marketing — so they know a complete marketing program when they see one.

How LRVO worked for Terry & Nancy

Scotland Pub got almost immediate results from LRVO as they built their list. Terry says, “I think it was so different, people asked if the deals were legit! It worked to our benefit — people thought it was too good to be true.”

Build your database. Use your database. That’s the program in a nutshell, though there are a lot of moving parts that makes my system so powerful.

“In our little world we built 500 to 1,000 names in our database in just a month,” Terry adds. “In the first 24 hours, we had about 50 parties emailing that they were interested. Within 3-4 more days, we were in the mid-70s in terms of interest level, with 50 parties booked. The average size is 8-10 or up to 15 people.”

It’s time for YOU to get started

There’s more to Terry’s story — like how he’s up to 80 parties booked now, and he’s booked on Sundays BEFORE football season even gets going. Remember, Terry and Nancy can’t even dedicate full-time focus on Scotland Yard and look what’s happening.
