- People who engaged with your Facebook page over the last year
- People who engaged with your Instagram page over the last year
- People who you have phone or email addresses for
- People who have hit any page of your website in the last 6 months.
You take all these groups and put them into ONE audience and this is the audience you should be focusing on when you want to promote specials and events – NOT for generating new customers.
