Marketing Message You Must Have In Your Marketing
Today I’m going to share with you the marketing message that you MUST have implemented into your business if you really want to stand out from your competition.
What is it? It’s called an indoctrination campaign and it’s typically used with a email autoresponder. Meaning when someone signs up to your VIP program or newsletter online, they go on your e-mail list, but then you can set up automated emails to follow up with them right away. The first follow up messages should be an indoctrination campaign.
I like to tell people to think of this as your first handshake with a brand new customer. Your first conversation you have with them. But done through automated marketing.
The goal of this campaign is to get this build instant trust and credibility with them. It’s to start forming a relationship with them, before they ever step foot into your doors. By doing this, you increase the chances of them coming in and they feel some type of connection with you from the start.
So what should you say within your indoctrination campaign? Let me ask you this. What do you feel is the most important stuff you want them to know about you and your business?
Here’s what I do. I introduce myself, I talk about my family, I tell them what kind of experience they are going to have when they walk in and I also tell them why we are different than the competition.
I also tell them if they are to ever have a bad experience that I want them to personally reach out to me so I can fix the situation. This is very important to do because let’s face it, mistakes happen in this business and by them knowing you care enough about their experience from day one, they’ll remember that.
Why are they going to remember this? Because you are communicating with them in a completely different way than the competition.
